VAT Fiscal Representatives Holland B.V. (hereafter: VAT FRH) considers the protection of your privacy and the security of personal data as important. VAT FRH processes personal data and acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other legislation and regulations. In this statement we explain how we do that. Personal data are all data concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.

Personal data that are processed
VAT FRH processes the personal data of its clients and other data subjects, which they themselves supply to the Company, or which have become known in the context of the services provided by the Company to clients.
In job application procedures, the Company processes the name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, curriculum vitae, grade lists, testimonials, references and the special motivations for the job application.
When you visit and/or use the Website, this does not lead to the processing of personal data by VAT FRH.
Purpose of the data processing
VAT FRH uses the obtained personal data to provide services to its clients, for client management and to process job applications.
How long are personal data kept?
VAT FRH does not keep personal data any longer than necessary for the purposes that are named in this Statement or to comply with the applicable legislation and regulations.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
VAT FRH does not share your personal data with third parties, except when (i) this is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party, (ii) this is mandatory pursuant to the law, a court order or an order of a competent supervisory authority, (iii) you give consent for this, (iv) VAT FRH or a third party has a legitimate interest that justifies the sharing of the personal data, or (v) this is in the public interest.
Security of personal data
The protection of your data is taken seriously. Appropriate measures are taken to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data are not completely secure, or there are indications of misuse, you should contact your contact person.
No use is made of cookies, or of similar technologies, on the Website.
You have the right to access your personal data, and to have these data rectified or erased. You also have the right, if you have given your consent for the data processing, to withdraw this consent and the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to your contact person to send your personal data to you or to a third party designated by you. You can address such a request to your contact person of the Company with which you concluded a contract.
This Privacy Statement can be updated in line with new developments. We therefore advise you to check this Statement regularly.
